Welcome to Mocy - Money Tracker ("Mocy", "the App", "we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Mocy mobile application, you ("user", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Mocy. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting within the App or on our website.

Mocy - Money Tracker is a personal finance management application that helps users track their spending habits, monitor financial activities, and receive personalized financial insights. The App offers features including but not limited to:

• Manual and automated expense tracking

• AI-powered bill scanning through photos and audio recordings

• Spending categorization and analysis

• Financial insights and personalized advice

• Budget monitoring and reporting tools

3. User Registration and Account

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3.3 Account Eligibility

You retain ownership of any financial data, photos, audio recordings, and other content you submit to the App ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, store, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the App may be used by us without any obligation to compensate you and without any attribution to you.

• Gemine AI for transaction processing

• Firebase for data storage

• Google Analytics for usage analytics

• AdMob for advertising

• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted to or through the App

• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the App

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mocy and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the App.

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account and stop using the App at any time by deleting the App from your device and requesting account deletion as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

12.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.
