At Expense tracker - Mocy, we value your privacy and give you full control over your data. You can easily request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

How to Delete Your Account

You can request account deletion in any of the following ways:

  1. In the app:
    Open the Mocy app → Go to Profile → Account setting (click to account name) → Delete Account and confirm deletion.

  2. By email:
    Send a request to support@mocy.pro with the subject line “Mocy Account Deletion Request.”

  3. Via Facebook page:
    Message us on our official page: Expense tracker - Mocy

  4. Or you can fill the form at the bottom.

What Happens After Deletion

When you delete your account, all personal data associated with your account will be permanently removed from our servers, except where data retention is required by law (for example, to comply with financial regulations or prevent fraud).

If you simply uninstall the app without deleting your account, your data may still remain on our servers. To permanently delete your data, please follow one of the steps above.

Data Deletion Requests

If you don’t have an account but want to delete specific data related to your app usage, you can also contact us via the same methods above and specify the data you want removed.
